You have a real opportunity to live "like a local" here on the island and take part in everyday life, without being guided around by tourist guide fixed routes.

There are local crafts stores to buy genuine "Made in Maldives" wood carvings and paint-work, and you can also get some "made-to-measure" custom made clothing.

You can visit the harbor to greet the local fishermen when they land their catch, and then retire for dinner with fresh fish, vegetables and fruit. Meals can be made as spicy or mild depending on your taste.

Otherwise, you can participate in other aktiveieter, such as fishing, snorkeling and much more.
